Beurrez un moule et tapissez de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Faites fondre au bain marie le chocolat en petits morceaux, le lait et le beurre. M\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fouettez les jaunes d\u2019oeufs avec la moiti\u00e9 du sucre, ajoutez la pr\u00e9paration au chocolat, m\u00e9langez et incorporez la farine et le matcha.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Battez les blancs en neige en ajoutant le reste de sucre. Incorporez les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Versez la p\u00e2te dans le moule.
